We hope our gear will stay with you for years — and we trust you’re not afraid of a needle and thread or a trip to the tailor. Our base layers are built to be reliable. But they’re compression gear — and with active use, the compression will eventually soften.
That’s not a defect. That’s physics.
We don’t promise lifetime guarantees. Not because we’re cutting corners — but because we’re honest: everything has a lifespan.
We just work hard to make sure it’s a long and worthy one.
Accidentally burned a hole? Easy to stitch. Cuff starts to fray? A lighter can seal it.
Not advice from glossy magazines — just what works.
Most people wash their sportswear after every use — out of habit, not necessity.
But our Dryarn® knit doesn’t absorb odors. It’s antibacterial by nature, so often a simple airing out or a light rinse is enough.
That said, UltramaxCELL gear can handle daily washes.
Washing Instructions
- Machine wash cold — 30–40 °C (85–105 °F).
- Use liquid detergent only.
Always use liquid detergent — no powders. Powdered formulas are abrasive: they damage the fiber and reduce its ability to stay odor-free. - Avoid bleach and fabric softeners — they break down the fabric.
- Spin at 800–1000 rpm to speed up drying.
Dryarn® is naturally antibacterial and doesn’t absorb odors, but only if the microstructure is intact.
A light wash with a gentle liquid detergent is all you need to keep your UltramaxCELL gear fresh.
Hand washing is okay too — but without spinning, drying will take longer and moisture might linger.
Drying
Just hang to dry.
Do not put it on a radiator, stove, or heat it with a hairdryer. (Yes, people really try.)
Mesh laundry bag? Smart choice.
It protects the garment from mechanical damage when washed together with items that have zippers, buttons, or rough details.
It also helps capture microplastics, preventing them from entering wastewater systems.
