Santoni TOP2V Circular Knitting

Our core line is produced on Santoni TOP2V — an advanced circular knitting machine with multi-structure capability. This technology allows us to knit seamless, three-dimensional garments directly from yarn, with targeted compression and functional zones mapped to the body.

Unlike jacquard knitting, the TOP2V creates volume and structure without excess knits on the reverse side. The result is a cleaner, lighter, more breathable fabric that sits smoothly against the skin, free from unnecessary bulk or friction.

Pre-Dyed Dryarn®

We work with pre-dyed Dryarn® — an ultralight, hydrophobic, thermoregulating fibre trusted by elite manufacturers.

Choosing pre-dyed yarn over post-production dyeing means:

• Colour stability for the lifetime of the garment
• No bleeding in the wash, no risk to other clothing
• No chemical odour from dye stabilisers

The trade-off: a fixed palette of less than 40 colours. The gain: a garment that stays fresh in look and feel, season after season.
