Origin & Handling
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Russia at the moment.
Customs, VAT & Import Fees
Our product price and shipping cost do not include your country’s import VAT, customs duties, or courier handling fees. These charges are collected by your local customs or delivery company when the parcel arrives in your country.
The amount depends on your country’s VAT rate and any applicable import duty for clothing.
Example for EU customers:
- VAT rate: usually 20–27% of the product value + shipping
- Duty rate for synthetic sportswear: often 0–12% (varies by country)
- Some couriers add a small handling fee (€5–€15) for processing customs.
You can check your estimated costs before ordering using your national customs calculator (look for “import VAT calculator” for your country).
We declare the true value and product HS code for transparent and legal customs clearance.
Transit Times
Our products travel internationally — from Russia to you. Delivery times depend on destination and customs processing.
- EU: from 18–30 business days
- UK / Switzerland / Norway: from 20–35 business days
- USA / Canada: from 20–40 business days
- Rest of World: from 25–45 business days
Customs inspections, seasonal peaks, or local events may extend these estimates. We monitor each shipment and update you if we see unusual delays.
Carriers & Tracking
- International delivery is handled via partner couriers (EMS, CDEK, or postal priority partners; express services when available).
- A tracking link is provided once your order leaves our workshop.
Address Accuracy
- Use your full name, phone number, postal code, and a deliverable street address (PO Boxes may not be serviced by all couriers).
- Undeliverable parcels or refusals are refunded minus shipping costs once the product is returned to us in good condition.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt or the expected delivery date.
- We will open a claim with the carrier and keep you informed. Refunds or replacements are processed after the investigation is complete.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Window
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it.
- We accept returns shipped back to our EU hub within 45 days of delivery (to allow for international transit times).
Condition
- Items must be unworn, unwashed in original packaging.
- Final sale or custom orders are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Shipping
- Size exchange / change of mind: customer pays return postage to our EU hub.
- Defect or wrong item: we cover the cost of return shipping or provide a prepaid label where possible.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at ultramax.cell@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If the item you receive is defective or not the one you ordered, we will cover the return shipping cost. Where possible, we’ll send you a prepaid return label so you can send it back at no cost to you. If prepaid labels are not available in your country, you can return the item using a tracked service, and we will refund the reasonable shipping cost once we receive the item.
- Ship the product with tracking within 7 days of approval.
- We inspect returns within 3–5 business days of arrival.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error).
Exchanges
- For fastest processing: place a new order for the desired item; return the original for a refund.
- Or request a classic exchange — processing times may vary depending on stock.
Manufacturing Faults
- If a manufacturing defect is found within 30 days of delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund after inspection.
